I am Simon, super positive and naturally optimistic, a lover of good Italian food and wine, and Dad of 2, Alessandro and Penelope. The FARMHOUSE is located within my property, where I live. I have always considered it a magical place, full of positive energy, and where you can enjoy magnificent sunrises and unforgettable sunsets. I want my guests to enjoy all of this, to feel comfortable and be able to leave the property, taking with them unique sensations.

Extraordinary fro families, kids, friends and couples. All the FARMHOUSE is yours. This fascinating, spacious, rustic and refined FARMHOUSE is located in one of the most exclusive, beautiful, and elegant private properties in all of Ticino and just steps away from the shores of Como Lake. The atmosphere inside takes you back in time. The rooms made entirely of wood warm up the environment of each room. The kitchen is modern, charming, and very large, enriched by a fireplace from 1886. The master bedroom is huge and enjoys an incredible view of the valley and the Mount Rosa range. The second bedroom is cozy and also has children's toys. A sunny place, full of energy and positivity. The entire property opens up to an unforgettable panorama and a solarium and BBQ area to enjoy special moments during the warmer seasons. A place you would never want to leave. Allowed small and well-behaved animals.

The most beautiful places on the shores of Como Lake are just a 5-minute drive away. Milan is 35 minutes away. Lugano is only 15 minutes away. All major shopping centers, including Foxtown, are just 10 minutes away.
