A private, gated outdoor parking lot is at your disposal. There are no allocated spaces, so the parking lot may be full at certain times. To open the barrier, you need to use the remote control located on the dining table in the apartment. Next to the remote control is a parking card, which you'll need to place on the dashboard of your car. The apartment also has access to an outdoor swimming pool at the bottom of the garden and a tennis court just a few steps from the building.
