All rooms are in the upper floors and the access is by stairs only.

• LOCAL TAX REGULATIONS:

In accordance with national tax legislation, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT.

To be exempt from paying the 19% additional VAT, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD (cash) and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests who pay in local currency will not be exempt from paying this supplement.
