Cancellation Policies:

If the reservation is canceled with more than 15 days before the check in date, the 90% of de deposit will be refund.

If the reservation is canceled with more than 7 days before check in date, the 80% of the deposit will be refund.

If the reservation is canceled with less than 7 days before check in date, there will be no refund.

Updates on confirmed reservations:

Any update in reservations with more than 15 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have no charge.

Any update in the reservation between 13 and 4 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have a surcharge of the 10% of the total.

Any update in the reservation with less than 3 days of anticipation, will have a surcharge of the 50% of the total.

Please note that from 1 April the restaurant will only be open for breakfast and as a cafeteria service until 5 p.m.

Pro zaručení rezervace je třeba provést platbu předem bankovním převodem. Ubytování Vás bude kontaktovat po provedení rezervace a poskytne Vám instrukce ohledně bankovního převodu.

V souladu s nařízeními úřadů usilujícími o omezení šíření koronaviru (covid-19) přijímá toto ubytování po dobu platnosti nařízení rezervace pouze za účelem výkonu povolání / od osob s cestovním povolením. Při příjezdu proto musí být doložena potřebná dokumentace. Pokud tak neučiníte, bude vaše rezervace na místě zrušena.

V souladu s nařízeními úřadů usilujícími o omezení šíření koronaviru (covid-19) může toto ubytování po dobu platnosti nařízení od hosta vyžadovat předložení dalších dokumentů k ověření totožnosti, itineráře cesty a dalších relevantních informací.

Z důvodu situace týkající se koronaviru (covid-19) se prosím ujistěte, že rezervujete ubytování v souladu s vládními nařízeními platnými v dané destinaci, mezi které mimo jiné může patřit zákaz cestování za některými účely a maximální povolená velikost skupiny.

Z důvodu koronaviru (covid-19) je povinné nosit roušku ve všech společných vnitřních prostorách.
