Renaissance Santiago Hotel, belongs to the diverse portfolio of Marriott brands and its Marriott Bonvoy program. The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel has been awarded the Leed Gold Certification.

The rooms have a contemporary and sophisticated décor, Internet, cable TV and air conditioning.

Privileged Mountain View

The Hotel has 3 restaurants: Catae (International cuisine), Shinsei (Nikkei) and Sky Bar Ky (Asian Food). The Hotel also have a D-Bar & Lounge Bar, Kaitek Cafe Bar Terrace, putting green golf and an Organic Garden.

Guests can make use of the onsite of the Elential spa, fitness and wellness centre.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel provides 24-hour front desk assistance. There is a garden and a lift on the property.

Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport is located 24 km away from the hotel. Valle Nevado ski resort is 54 km from Renaissance Santiago Hotel. Paid private parking is possible on site, without reservation.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.
