Our property is located in one of the most strategic places in Guatapé, just one block from the waterfront of the reservoir where you can find all kinds of water sports such as jetskis, kayaks, paddleboards, boats, floating restaurants, yachts, sailboats, and all kinds of boats to enjoy the reservoir to the fullest. You will be less than 5 minutes from the central park, and surrounded by all kinds of shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. As you make your way to the centre, take your time to admire the skirting boards, drawings and paintings in high relief that adorn the houses in the village. They are works of art that tell stories about the customs, flora, fauna and crafts of the people of the village. Guatapé is a town full of vivid colours everywhere. The whole of Guatapé can be covered in 3 hours on cobblestone roads with the most beautiful views of the lake. One of the most important tourist attractions to visit is El Peñón de Guatapé, also known as "La piedra del Peñol". It is a 220-metre high monolith located between the municipalities of Guatapé and El Peñol, with 702 steps to the top.
