The Mirador de la Estancia Residential Complex is located in the Resacas neighbourhood, on the road towards Carmen de Apicalá, near the Police Sub-Officers’ Club and several attractions, such as the Sumapaz River, the Mirador de la Cruz, natural trails, and the Sumapaz River viewpoint.
