Beautiful studio apartment with balcony in a quiet, traditional neighborhood in the west side of town, close to the city center and main tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and markets, all within walkable distance. Nice view and breeze, quite neighborhood.
Rooftop building.The studio is perfect for a single person or a couple.Fully equipped kitchen , Smart TV with cable, wifi and hot water shower, washing machine and laundry area in the rooftop. Parking for a car or bike (for a small extra fee)

The owner is a beautiful and kind local woman, who knows the city pretty well, she lovest o have flowers in the studio and will be available to help in case of urgent matters or emergencies, also can give tips for anything you may need to do in town or the country
