The property is a single 3-bedroom apartment that can be split into a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom (hotel-style - no kitchen). ***ALL POOL FACILITIES ARE NOW OPEN**** Require full payment via bank or PayPal transfer (not cash) prior to arrival. 50% deposit within 48-hours of booking. Resort fee: 5.000 COP/per person (subject to change) - cash or credit/debit - payment at resort Secure parking available; first come first serve. Parking is not assigned. Payment accept via direct bank to bank (Colombian, Canadian or USA bank) transfer or PayPal. We may be able to arrange payment acceptance via DaviPlata or Nequi.

Salinas Del Mar facilities have recently been completed. All pools available, gym available, etc. The property is located between Pozos Colorado and Bello Horizonte beach; Nature Reserve and Beach Access; Amenities nearby, including restaurants, shopping and groceries.
