Siéntete en casa en este apartamento de 69 metros cuadrados con dos habitaciones bastante amplias y camas grandes cómodas todo nuevo para que descanses idealmente además de tener una vista espectacular en cada una de estas mismas habitaciones tienes disponible televisor con Movistar TV para que veas televisión en vivo y películas un baño grande con ducha caliente comedor sala bastante amplia y una cocina integral completamente equipada para que cocines lo que necesites además cuentas con nevera para guardar tus alimentos y por supuesto el patio y zona de ropas todo en este apartamento es nuevo y siempre está limpio para tu uso. Ese apartamento está ubicado en una excelente zona Residencial estrato 5 diagonal al centro comercial campanario el más importante y grande del departamento del cauca estás a 5 minutos caminando, también en la zona encontrarás muchos lugares de comidas tiendas olímpica, Jumbo a solo 5 minutos caminando, D1 y Ara a 10 minutos caminando, además una zona relativamente cerca para hacer deporte al aire libre o si lo prefieres puedes ir a la unidad deportiva que queda a solo 10 minutos caminando. La ubicación es excelente para ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad te puedes desplazar en en transporte público fácilmente.
