Built on the top of the hill to enjoy breathtaking views over the mountains the sea and the river. My first house of more than 200 m2 is hidden by several trees and got a large room (32m2 plus two terraces of 24m2 each) Perfect for a couple with kids or for friends and family. Several other places like the kitchen and the rooftop got beds too but more dedicated for relaxing than sleep except if the weather is fine. My second house is like a white tower with a panoramic rooftop with a small pool a sunbed and large bars and seats to enjoy the 360 view from snow pics to the sea. On the second floor you have a large dining table for more than 15 people is needed and another terrace and downstairs you have a working space and a room plus a private bathroom below. Both houses got electricity, water, a private access to a private amazing river of 750 meters with sand beaches, surrounded by Toucan Guacayama, colibris and butterflies. A great cooker can offer delicious breakfast and local fresh meals with all the amazing fruits and resources from the farm (milk, eggs, vegetables , incredible pigs feed with mangos or other fruits …)

At the beginning of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Martha, this land is called “The Island” because we are surrounded by almost 1 km of crystalline river of the purest “source” of water but with a direct access to a new road leading to the sea at 5kms and to Palomino in 7 minutes by car or moto. We offer a service of Moto taxi from Palomino or from the Finca (farm).
