Without this, the exemption cannot be applied. Colombian nationals residing abroad who enter via Biometrics must request the entry stamp in their passport in order to qualify for the VAT exemption. Important: Prepayments will always be made before VAT is applied. Non-exempt persons must pay the corresponding VAT amount at check-in. An American breakfast is served daily at the Novelty Suites, where guests can enjoy world famous Colombian coffee. The restaurant offers international cuisine, contemporary décor.
