We built this villa in San Andrés because we love the local culture, the kindness of their people and for us is the perfect escape to paradise. Casa Iguana del Mar es una magnífica propiedad de 4 habitaciones construida frente al mar. Cuenta con piscina, rooftop, jacuzzi y jardín playa. Frente a la casa puedes meterte al mar para bucear o navegar en los kayaks. Cuenta con mirador, terraza de juegos, volley-playa y de 3-15 minutos encuentras las 3 playas principales. Quizás, la más moderna casa en la isla, destacada en varias publicaciones por su arquitectura y decoración. Incluye una camarera de 8am a 4pm, un casero encargado de la piscina y areas comunes, y cómo opcional (costo adicional) una cocinera. Located in the quietest and safest neighborhood in the Island and backed by a vast wilderness of protected palm tree areas, this oceanfront house looks out over pristine reefs where you´ll find a sea deck with easy access to the water, available for kayaking, snorkeling and many other marine activities. Less than 4 minutes away you´ll find the best white sand beaches where you can spend time working on your tan or enjoying the warm caribbean waters.

A cook is optional at an extra charge of ($50,000/Daily) (Groceries are not included, they should be provided by the guest)

It´s an oceanfront house on the reef side of the island with a sea dock and more than 7000 ft^2 of construction, 4 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 14 guests.

The property will provide a list of recommended groceries stores and ATV - golf cart rental´s in the island.

The cook is optional at $100,000 pesos Daily.
