Termalismo: La Fortuna es famosa por sus aguas termales naturales, alimentadas por la actividad volcánica del Arenal. Hay varios complejos termales en la zona que ofrecen piscinas de aguas termales, cascadas y spas para relajarse y rejuvenecer en un entorno natural.
