Our newly built 2-bedroom home and apartment are located in a traditional Guanacastecan town and are centrally located to several nearby beaches (30 minutes to playa Tamarindo and Junquillal), Santa Cruz downtown, Liberia, and Nicoya. The house has a large and fully equipped kitchen, free parking, and has a designated workspace and highspeed internet. Both the apartment and house have air conditioning as well. 500m to nearest grocery store and bakery.
Our home is shaded by one of the oldest mango trees in the area and is a perfect place to retreat, relax, and enjoy all of what Guanacaste has to offer.
We are an adventurous and environmentally-minded couple from Costa Rica and the U.S. We built our house and studio apartment in beautiful Guanacaste with lots of love and hard work. We hope our guests experience the good energy of our space. Pura vida!
We do not currently live in Lagunilla, but we have our property manager who lives close to the property to help guests if they need anything throughout their stay.
