Located in Nicoya in the Guanacaste region, Nosara Samara, 2 BR, Jungle View, Fiber-Optic wifi has a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Behind the home is 5 hectares of jungle, pasture with cows and forest for you to explore on foot. This area is private and is for you to use while visiting and provides a nice privacy buffer if you would prefer to lounge in the hammock under the rancho! The front terrace offers a peek a boo view of the ocean and of course of the local passerbyers. We find many things unique about staying at Casa Maria: the locals in the community surrounding you, the occasional Saturday night soccer game complete with CR food and music (always quiet by 9pm), neighbors riding by on horseback, proximity to the neighboring coffee farm for a tour, cows coming to the back fence to feed, milder temps with a nice breeze, drinking coffee that was grown within 500 mts of your house and the opportunity to fetch a fresh coconut from the tree in the yard. We would love to share these experiences with you!
Guido and I are truth tellers and truth seekers! We enjoy experiencing different cultures which becomes more and more difficult with traveling these days. Seeking the truth is looking for that culture and avoiding the tourist experience. That's what we are looking for with traveling and that is what we hope to offer guests.
