We will charge late check in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00.

Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them.

Please note that 13% taxes are not included in the rate.

Parking is available outside the property in the street.

The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the pricae of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. The total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Renovation work is taking place from 06:00 to 17:00, except from December 20, 2024 through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise on the outside area.
