Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay in shared rooms. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member or legal guardian (18 years or older) and stay in a private room.
Other general conditions:
- Noise: after 23:00, guests must make as little noise as possible in the rooms.
- Pets: The Posada admits pets in private rooms, pets are not accepted in shared rooms.
- Towels: Guests staying in dormitories will be charged a small fee for the towel, as well as a deposit that will be refunded upon check-out, when the towel is returned.
- Key deposit: guests staying in shared rooms are required to pay a small key deposit, which will be refunded when the key is returned upon check-out.
- Luggage: the 24-hour reception offers free luggage storage.
