Mediterranean Style Toucan Villa - 3 BR / 3BA family home with private pool and surrounded by the Costa Rican rain forest. Our 3BR Tropical Toucan Villa is located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates. This beautiful home is an elegant Mediterranean style villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living room areas, one kitchen and dining room area, a balcony with terrace, and a pool with BBQ area. All together Villa Toucan is 2200 square feet of living space. The house is designed on two levels which connect on the inside through a spiral staircase. The upper level boasts a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with windows and sliding glass doors opening to the rain forest below. There is one air conditioned bedroom with a king bed and large en suite bathroom on this level. A wrap around sofa provides comfort for those who wish to lounge the day away. The terrace, which overlooks the garden and pool area, is perfect for sipping Costa Rican coffee or cocktails.
