This luxury estate consist of 2 story, 4-bedroom house with private basketball/pickle ball court, infinity pl, amazing ocean views, massive outdoor deck/balconies, modern designs, multipurpose game room (banquet hall) to include arcade games, ping pong, Shuffleboard, Movie theater with a full wet bar & sound system
Located in upscale gated community 20 minutes to downtown Jaco, 15minutes to Los Suenos and 10 minutes to the top beaches playa Manta- Amazing wildlife

Ultra safe Upscale gated community located off the main highway (34) just outside of Jaco. The average lot size is over 2 acres so you will enjoy the feeling of being out in the country with amazing jungle views and awesome wildlife. We often see Macaws, Tucans, Hummingbirds, Turkeys & Monkeys making this area a very special place in terms of nature. The main entrance is gated, and our property is less than a 5 min walk to several restaurants, pharmacy, and Riders ATV station.
The area is perfect for hiking and seeing jungle and ocean views. The road from the main gate to Vida Palace is flat and the property's roads are paved from the property's front gate entrance to the home. There is plenty of room for parking.
