The open-concept living area offers plenty of room to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for dining in: refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and blender. Tamarindo and Langosta Beaches are a surfer’s paradise, known for their consistently awesome waves that make it ideal for both beginners and seasoned pros. The beaches offer a perfect mix of gentle, rolling breaks for those just learning to ride, and more powerful swells further out that challenge even the most experienced surfers. If you’re not into surfing, there are a multitude of other fun things to do close by, including lazing on the white and black sand beaches, snorkeling, exploring waterfalls with beautiful turquoise waters, ziplining with howler and capuchin monkeys, ATV riding in jungles and on beaches, and volcano and rainforest tours. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
