The property is 2600 square meters with three ocean view platforms. Currently there are three cabins/houses on the property. Cabin #1 is a one bedroom one story and Cabin 3 is a two story "house" with 2 BR upstairs - one king and one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa downstairs, Cabin #2 is a studio 1BR. The property is only 300 meters up from the main coastal highway and you don't need a 4x4 to access the property. All three houses have ocean and sunset views and occasional Toucan visitors. All houses have fully equipped kitchens, washer dryer laundry room, A/C, cable TV and WiFi.
My name is Scott. I am originally from Wisconsin but have lived in LATAM for the past 18 years - ten of them in Costa Rica. I bought the ocean view property in 2015 and have now built three modern ocean view cabins on the lot. I live near San Jose but am in Uvita weekly to enjoy paradise. I hope you stop by!
It is a peaceful area - can see mountains and ocean. If you walk up the main dirt road about 50 meters you will see the whales tail. There is little if any traffic in this area - very peaceful.
