The Apartment is located on a prestigious development in the town of Santa Maria right on the Beach with Views of the Pool and the Beach.
I bought the apartment back in 2005 off plan and have enjoyed going back there several times most years.
The Apartment is located in a good neighbourhood as it is right on the beach and in the Town.
