Our new Lagoon Apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. The spacious terrace features a large dining table with seating for four, and two sun loungers are also available for soaking up the sun. The expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for cooking together and enjoying cozy game nights. Please note that the Lagoon Residence is currently under construction, which may result in some noise. To compensate for this inconvenience, we are offering a 20% construction discount, which is already included in the nightly rate. Construction is expected to be completed in November/December. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Please note that all our accommodations are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located on the terraces. The Lagoon Residence is located just behind the beach bars of Praia d' Estoril. The beach and the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. It's a 5-minute walk to the city center. There you will find everything you need for your stay. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found in the city center.
