The given price does not include the consumption of water and electricity. This will be charged separately based on actual usage. During check-in with our local manager, the meter readings will be recorded, and we will also do this during check-out to ensure accuracy, all in your presence.

Casa 30 is located at the Vredenberg Resort, which is still under construction, but the villa park is 95% complete. So, there might still be some construction vehicles moving around the park.
