The villa features two spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a generous living room with an open kitchen and cooking island. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the covered terrace and the tropical, fully enclosed garden. In the garden, you'll find complete privacy with your private swimming pool, a cozy palapa for shaded relaxation, and a convenient storage space. The property also offers two private parking spots. The villa is finished to a high standard and fully equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, a luxury kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. Final resort-wide construction work is still in progress, but the villa itself is fully completed and ready for guests.
