PM78 Boutique Apartments is located in a romantic newly build mansion with 6 luxury apartments. One oceanfront, three city view, two ocean views. Do you like to stay in a boutique style apartment with personal attention, comfortable and detailed home away from home with privacy?
PM78 is located in the colorful and historic Pietermaai District with many excellent and local restaurants on walking distance, in a nice safe Unesco heritage area.

PM78 is located in the historic Pietermaai District at Pietermaai 78 in a new townhouse with a monumental look and feel.
At Pietermaai 78 we offering only 6 luxury apartments, all different, but with their own entrance and cosy interior.
The central location of the apartments makes PM78 the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying each other, your family, your friends or for a business stay. Centrally located for daytrips to play golf, dive, horse back riding, sailing or relaxing on the many natural beaches. In the evenings you visit one of the many excellent restaurants, all on walking distance of your apartment.
Pietermaai is a historic district (Unesco Heritage List) with a lot of new developments and active entrepreneurs, who are creating the ultimate and cozy holiday area. Highlights through the year: Kingsnight- and day (Dutch party with music, fairs and much more), Pagara (New Years Eve) and the Christmas Fair. Also the yearly BlueSeas festival is happening in PietermaaiDistrict. There are many excellent and charming restaurants within walking distance from PM78!
