This gorgeous property is located in the heart of Kissonerga Village with access to all the village amenities by foot. The house offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living area and a large kitchen for your personal use. Outside the house you will have access to the private pool, private BBQ area and private driveway. Sunbeds and chairs are available on the property. From the house, you have access to all the different villages around Kissonerga and multiple beaches just 10 minutes away.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Kissonerga Village on a residential project. The location is ideal as it provides privacy, security and easy access to all the village amenities and beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. We ask guests to be mindful and respectful of the neighbours, keeping noise levels down to a moderate level, especially in the evenings after 11 pm. No events or parties are allowed. The local village amenities are located within a 5-10 minute walking distance, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The beaches are located on the seafront side of the village which is downhill. There are also buses going through the village and the bus station is only 5-10 minutes away from the house.
