Billy's Place is a new, modern, 3 bedroom villa, in a quiet gated village. It has been decorated in shades of grey and turquoise throughout with great attention to detail, to feel fresh, homely and comfortable. Outside, you have a huge covered verandah for alfresco dining and this leads to the barbecue area to one side, with a built barbecue, preparation area and outdoor sink and the large saltwater pool on the other. The pool has a level depth of 1.4 metres and an underwater bench at one end, where you can enjoy a jacuzzi. For your comfort and pleasure, 8 sun loungers are available beside the pool and more cosy little corners to sit and enjoy and cocktail, a coffee, or a good book. To enjoy the stunning sunset, the upstairs terrace off the bedroom corridor, is the perfect place to step away from the crowd and reflect on the day and simply enjoy some quiet time. Also upstairs, is the laundry cupboard, containing the washing machine, mini fridge for water and for those travelling with medication. Washing machine tablets are left for your use and the iron, ironing board and a clothes rack can also be found upstairs. There is an ensuite shower room for the master bedroom, the family bathroom serves the other rooms and down the marble staircase, is the guest WC. The lounge has a comfortable chaise sofa by day, and beds for 3 if needed by night. Through the dining area, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook you meals with ample dinnerware, stemware and utensils. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and there is also parking on the street outside the house. The garden is planted with an abundance of fruit trees, herbs and flowers and anything in season will be explained to you. Our intention is to see you again so we have made every effort to ensure your stay will be a great as it can be.

Billy will meet you on arrival to walk you through the villa, help you settle in and be on hand should you need anything. He didn't want this to be one of those places where guests get a cold text message with a key safe code, let themselves in, have no one to contact with any questions and leave without ever meeting the owner. The service here is personal, helpful and caring. Recommendations for where to eat, shop, explore and have fun will be discussed and contact cards for restaurants and taxi services that we ourselves use and enjoy, are in the villa. On check out, Billy will help arrange your taxis in advance if you need and come and see you off and prepare the place for the next guests.

The villa is in a gated complex of 72 villas, some of which are holiday villas and some of which are full time homes. This is a peaceful family environment, where you can relax and enjoy your stay with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, which are just a few minutes drive away. Some stunning beaches are close by. Serena Bay, Kalamies Beach, Crystal Springs, for a day on the sand, watersports, boat trips or a jog along the stunning coastline. You are also near major supermarkets where you will find whatever you need. Step away from the coast and you are in villages, full of traditional tavernas and Cypriot hospitality. Water World, the best water park on the island is a 15 minute drive away, towards Ayia Napa, where you will also find the party town, full of clubs and bars.
