Welcome to our beautiful 2-floor maisonette located in the heart of Tomb of the Kings avenue just 3-minute walk from the beach, Lidl supermarket and the nearest bus stop. This lovely home is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Cyprus. As you step inside, you will find a cozy air-conditioned living room on the ground floor with a round dining table, a large sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hub, as well as a washing machine, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. There is also an additional toilet and a sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest as well as a 43-inch smart TV and high-speed fiber WiFi. Moving upstairs, you will find two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and a small sea view balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Paphos Sunsets. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and an extra divan, making it ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Both bedrooms are equipped with an air condition unit and spacious wardrobes, ensuring that you have everything you need to feel at home. The upstairs bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin and a high pressure walk-in shower. The maisonette also features a beautiful garden with a covered and uncovered veranda sections. An olive and palm tree provide privacy while sitting there or while you use the traditional wood oven / BBQ spot.

Opposite the street there is a beautiful beach (Golden Sands) and a pathway/cycling lane all accross the coastline passing from the Tomb of the Kings, Paphos lighthouse to the archaeological sites and medieval castle located at Kato Paphos Harbor. The Kings Avenue Mall is also within close proximity and Paphos International Airport is located just 10 km away, making it easy to travel to and from the maisonette.
