Luxury Seaside Villa in Protaras (literally by the beach) only a few seconds away from Malama beach and Kalifi Bar. Located at the seaside resort of Protaras, Phaedrus Living Anafi Villa offers spacious and fully equipped accommodation. The sandy beach of Protaras is located 50m from the beach, while taverns, bars and super markets can be found within walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

The tastefully furnished villa consist of 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and washing machine. Large sliding doors lead to the patio area offering sun beds, chairs and a table featuring stunning seas views of the bay. The lively town of Ayia Napa is 10 km away. The National Park of Cave Greco is at 8 km and it is suitable for outdoor activities, such as hiking, horse riding and swimming. Larnaca Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Wi-Fi access and on-site parking are provided free of charge.
