Kouppa 1 Room Flat is located on the first floor of the building and can host from 1 to 3 guests. There are two single beds in the room and a sofa that converts into a bed in the living room for 1 more quest. There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and all the necessary equipment for cooking. A renovated (March 2023) toilet with a shower. Air-conditions are in all rooms, i.e. lounge/diner/kitchen and bedroom. There is a nice balcony with furniture that you can use to relax and enjoy your dinner/coffee. The location is ideal as you will have access to everything that Latsi has to offer. The flat is located exactly opposite the Latsi Harbour and Marina. Around the apartment there many mini markets and kiosks that sell the necessities. Polis Chysochous is the nearest town to Latchi and is in 2 kilometres from Latchi. There you will be find 2 of the large supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a variety of other shops. Very close to all kind of transports, buses, taxi etc, in the complex there is a taxi shop There is a bus station in Polis where buses leave on a regular basis to Paphos, you will be able to get a timetable at the bus station. The apartment is located in Latchi which is a very popular holiday destination. The harbour is a 3' walk way from the flat. There are many bars, coffee shops and restaurants within the distance of 200m. You will be able to find Watersport's opposite the flat that they offer boat hire, scuba diving and trips to the Blue Lagoon (this should NOT be missed). Aphrodite Baths are a 15 minute drive away. Polis Chrysochous is a 10' drive which is a great place to visit to walk along the beach and the forest where there is camping site. In Polys you will find shops like bakery supermarkets, banks and a lot of places to eat and drink.
