This spacious 2 bedroom self catering apartment is set within the pretty Paphos Gardens holiday resort, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all amenities. The resort features 2 outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool (open seasonally). Resort provided sunbeds around the pools are for the use of all guests on the complex free of charge. The apartment has been fully renovated to a high standard with new air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main rooms for a comfortable stay. One of the best features of the apartment is its large outside private garden area. There is a raised patio with lounge furniture, outdoor dining table, parasols and sunbeds - perfect for lazy days in the sun and family meal times. The kitchen is all new and fully equipped. The bedrooms are both of good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom features a very large walk in shower with anti slip natural marble floor. All windows and the door have Mosquito screens for further guest comfort. All windows have external shutters for privacy and additional security. Apartment guests also have the option to use the hotel facilities, including being able to pay at reception to go all-inclusive.

Paphos Garden resort is a quiet friendly place full of plants, trees and flowers. It is central and close to lots of restaurants and bars and easy walking distance the lovely harbour area. Access to the nearest beach is a 5 minute walk down the road. The apartment is also ideally located to visit the archaeological sites of Paphos, including the famous Tombs of The Kings or to book a Jeep Safari trip to the Troodos Mountains and the Akamas Peninsula. Paphos Waterpark is also only a 5min drive or bus ride away.
