Pomos Idol Exceptional Beach Villa is characterized from its privileged location at Pomos (Paphos area). It combines exceptional mountain and sea view and is only one minute away (walking distance) from the amazing ‘’Paradise Beach’’ of Pomos. It has a private pool overlooking the sea from above and all its amenities are easily accessible at the same level. It has a 19km distance from Polis Chrysohous area, 22km from Latsi area and 56 km from Paphos center.
This Villa has been built with lots of love on the memory of my beloved father who used to spent his hours at that place enjoying himself and finding calm and peace there. Therefore, I would like my Guests to have the chance to enjoy this amazing place in the way me and my family does .... and when their journey ends I wish that they'll take back home with them their own special memories (wishfully, as warm as my own ones).
Pomos is considered to have one of the most graphical pathways in Cyprus and is well known for its chrystal clear beaches, its unique harbor, its forest and Panagia Chrysopateristissa, which is a small Monastery dedicated to Virgin Mary. Is also famous for its long history, including an archaeological area of Prehestoric years which has not been studied yet. Some even say that the village might also be connected with a possible arrival of Agia Eleni in 14A.D. The area has been identified with the prehistoric sculpture ‘Idol of Pomos,’ which dates back to the Chalcolithic period. It is said to represent a woman with her arms spread and legend says that it was probably used as a symbol of fertility. The region hosts many events, including the well-known Jazz festival of Pomos.
