Central Protaras Sunrise Villa is a very comfortable holiday house fully renovated in 2016. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area offering a fully furnished front porch with great sea views and a second, more private patio at the back with table chairs and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and on the same floor there is also a guest toilet. One of the sofas in the living room can be made into a bed to accommodate a fifth guest. The upper floor features two large bedrooms and a family shower room. The first bedroom is equipped with double bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds and small balcony with great views if sunrise Beach and the Central Protaras Strip The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi Internet and Satellite TV Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind are allowed.
