Property information

Villa Alexa is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and large screen TV. The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom and third bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. On this floor there is also the family bathroom and a separate shower room. In total can comfortably accommodate 6 persons in beds. The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Alexa has the best to offer in this respect. The large private swimming pool is situated in a spacious plot and surrounded by palm trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs on a beautiful breezy patio by the pool as well as a large gas BBQ. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. No parties or celebrations of any kind are allowed.
