Rustic House is a lovely, spacious detached villa located in a peaceful neighborhood of Xylofagou, within walking distance to the village's local shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and petrol stations. The Ayia Napa golden beaches, the World-Class Marina and the Water Park are less than 10 minutes drive away, while Larnaca International Airport less than 30 minutes drive away.
Hi! We are Costas & Gregoria. We were both born and raised in this beautiful area. We love reading and travelling and find it very excited meeting people from different places and with different cultures. We can understand very well how it feels when you find yourself in a place for the first time and we will do our best to help you so that we make sure you have an enjoyable and relaxing time in our lovely home. At the back of the property and attached to it, there is an apartment which is where we live. We actually are only a door away so close enough to be there for you if and when you need us.
If you are with a car, Rustic House offers an off street parking for 3 cars. If you prefer to use the public transport the bus station is only 3-5 minutes walk. This makes Ayia Napa, Protaras, Larnaca, Nicosia and many other places very easy to reach. For those who want to escape from the overpopulated beaches of Ayia Napa, the beautiful nearly unspoilt, pebbly beach of the village is a great option. You can enjoy a fantastic sunset, there is plenty room for everyone and only 20 minute walk away
