Sun Beach Villa Tria is located in Polis, Cyprus. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with a private swimming pool. The Villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. Kitchen, lounge with dining area, bathroom. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both en suite. The pool is set within secluded grounds well furnished and providing an outdoor dining area with gazebo and barbecue. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
