Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. This unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool is located in central Protaras, just 5 minutes walk from all amenities of the resort center and the fabulous beaches. The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor features an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for 6 persons and a fitted kitchen with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Patio doors lead onto the swimming pool which is ideal for outside dining. The living area features a comfortable sitting with a corner sofa, full UK satellite (free), DVD player and a CD player. There is also a WC on this floor. Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms (main bedroom is en-suite with shower) and a twin room all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The villa has a central heating (extra charge based on the actual consumption) and a pool heating at the cost of 35 Euros. It is fully secured with an alarm system. The villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent choice for those who want to be close to all that Protaras has to offer.

Protaras, the tourist area, extends along the eastern coast of Paralimni and stretches for 10km from the district of ‘Kapparis’ to the location of ‘Konnos’. Hundreds of windmills grant its landscape a quaint, tranquil beauty. Fantastic beaches with crystal clear waters are found along this coast, most of them accredited with the prestigious Blue Flag status. Fig Tree Bay is the most precious gem on this coastal tiara and is named after the solidary fig tree that has been planted here by eastern invaders in the 17th century. On the headland of the bay one can see the recently revealed, glass-covered Hellenistic tombs.
