Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of if not the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our companies feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons of our companies success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. This is a newly constructed 5 bedroom holiday villa, located in the heart of Protaras. Constructions were finished in July 2015. There are 5 bedrooms, two of them in the basement with natural light and separate access from the outside. The villa can be rent as a 3 bedroom at a lower rate and we will lock the basement. There are 3 satellite TV's, Free WiFi, tennis table, pool table, soccer table, Smart TV Box and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, i.e. dishwasher coffee machine etc. The villa is within walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs and it is located in Protaras center.
