Yet, it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling restaurants and bars area of Coral-Bay, and 3 minutes drive from the best sandy beach in Cyprus west-coast. It has spectacular panoramic sea views, boasts stylish interior and shaded seating areas in three large balconies. Here you will enjoy a designed private pool (4X8), easy-going atmosphere, and outdoor areas tastefully landscaped.

Our neighbourhood is central but peaceful. It's located just above the sea, with superb panoramic sea-views from all corners. 5 minutes walk to Coral-Bay restaurants, bars, Cafes, ATMs, Supermarket (Phillipos), Kiosks, Pharmacies, and other diverse amenities. 3 minutes drive to Coral-Bay and Corallia-Bay, with its magnificent sandy-beaches, the most beautiful in Cyprus west coast. Nearby Peyia, the beautiful hills' village, with it's charming local taverns and great atmosphere
