This villa is characterised by stunning sea views, spacious living area, three bedrooms, great size private outdoor pool and satellite TV (including Russian channels ,too). It has two bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom on the Lower level, all with built in wardrobes. In the lower level there is bedroom with 2 single beds. Also in the kitchen there are some stools ready for use at breakfast in the morning.There is a family bathroom upstairs and toilet with shower room downstairs. Villa is fully equipped, flat screen and satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioners, BBQ and a really big balcony that runs the full length of the villa. The lounge area is furnished with a lovely, comfortable sofa that can seat up to 6 persons. The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards, electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for eight. A spacious guest WC with washbasin and a shower room is situated next to the stairs.
