villa utopia is a family villa set in a quiet area of paphos only 100 meters from the crystal clear waters of geroskipou beach and within 100 meters to the afrodite water park.
There is also a children's play area,small mini Market,ATM and a car hire on the complex. Luna park fun fair for smaller kids is 100m away.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees,orange trees,lemon trees and has uninterrupted sea views.
The main area of kato paphos is less then 5 mins by car or a regular bus service is just opposite the complex.
Around the area you will find plenty of beach bars,restaurants,casino,super market all within a 5 minute walk away.
It is also close to mini golf,golf courses,horse riding,activity parks and the shooting range.
Our villa is situated on the exclusive la plage residence and is suitable for families and people who want a relaxing holiday.
No young groups are allowed.
Quite times outside (no Lound music) are from 11pm until 6pm as its on a residential complex there is families with young children both sides.
We live right next door to the villa so we are always avaliable if you need anything we are happy to help with any info of the area or the villa.
The villa is in a quiet area ideal for family's with a lot of families living on the complex.
