Guest Communication Rules:
- Primary communication is through the Airbnb or Booking chat. We respond to messages faster than phone calls, which are only for exceptional cases.
- Before contacting us, please ensure you have reviewed the instructions, photos, rules, and information about contactless check-in.
- All requests and special wishes should be communicated in advance, prior to arrival, as no requests will be handled after 10:00 PM.
- There is no staff on-site: guests check in, check out, park, carry their luggage, and organize their meals independently.

Dear Guests,
Our apartments are designed for contactless stays. We do not provide services or assistance that are not explicitly listed in the description.
Available to Guests:
- Two spacious rooms with a double bed (choice of one large double duvet or two single duvets) and foldable beds, allowing guests to sleep in separate beds and rooms.
- Mini kitchen with necessary appliances.
- Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- Washing machine.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Free street parking near the house.
- Heating in cold seasons, maintained at 20–21 °C.
Key Rules:
1. If you need additional heating, renting a heater is available for 15 (approximately 380 koron) per night.
2. By default, for two guests, we provide one double bed with two pillows and one large duvet. If you require two separate duvets, extra blankets, or pillows, please inform us immediately when booking.
3. We do not provide any service after 10:00 PM. Requests made between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM cannot be fulfilled. You will only receive the services included in the standard offer.
4. If you are booking for someone else, please ensure that:
- They are familiar with the house rules.
- They are aware of the instructions for self-check-in. We do not meet guests personally, and arriving and ringing the doorbell without following the instructions may be unsuccessful.
- By booking, the guest agrees to and accepts all rules and terms of stay.
5. If a guest is unfamiliar with the instructions or encounters difficulties due to a lack of internet or connection, all responsibility for consequences lies with the guest. Any inconveniences or expenses will not be compensated, and the reservation fee is non-refundable.
6. We send detailed instructions to the platform chat 48 hours before arrival. We recommend reviewing them in advance and saving access to the messages to avoid any complications during check-in and check-out.
