to send us a copy of your valid ID card or passport before arrival. This is necessary for guest registration
and legal requirements.
Please send a scanned copy or a photo of your document through our electronic reception before your
arrival. This will help us make your check-in smooth and without personal contact.
If you do not send your ID after making a reservation, check-in will not be possible. As this is a nonrefundable reservation, you will not get a refund (100% of the amount).
