Our 122 sqm Apartment Zahradni 31 is located right in the city center, offering comfortable stays for up to 4 people, short and long-term. It's equipped with modern household appliances, cooking utensils, and all beds have orthopedic mattresses. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the thermal water springs, spa facilities, touristic hot spots and parks, and many cafes and restaurants. The famous "Hotel Thermal" is directly opposite our building, hosting the annual "Karlovy Vary Film Festival" and other popular city events, which can be seen from the windows of our lovely apartment.
Welcome to Karlovy Vary! We manage two properties and do our best to make your holiday 100% enjoyable. Our apartments are located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of drinking springs, cafes and restaurants, medical and spa facilities. We welcome tourists from all over the world and take care of each one of them with open arms.
All the city's major attractions are within walking distance from our beautiful apartment: Mill, Hot Spring and Market Colonnade; spa facilities; and Dvorak Gardens and the river are just down the stairs! With the famous "Hotel Thermal" right opposite, guests often opt for our flat for the convenience of access also to the most city events including the KVIFF International Film Festival and concerts, which can also be watched right from our windows.
