🔎 About the company The company was founded in 2008 after many years of owner's experience as a small intrepreneur. The company currently manages cca 30 apartments. All apartments have been partially or completely renovated. Our team does its best to make your stay unique and memorable. An earlier check-in time or a later check-out time can be – based on availability – arranged individually. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer from the airport in Karlovy Vary or Prague to the apartment. For guests with children we can by prior arrangement prepare everything that is needeed for a comfortable stay – we can provide a baby chair and bed the apartment, and a child seat for a ride in a car. We offer 10% discounts on treatments at Elizabeth Spa. 🏣 Our apartments Apartments are modern furnished - there are modern household appliances, satellite TV receiveing Czech and foreign channels in main world languages, Wi-fi is avaiable free od charge. There is everything necessary for the stay in the apartments – bedding, towels, iron, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, dishes, most of the apartments also have a coffee maker and a dishwasher).

Bright, spacious and cozy apartment No. 20 has one bedrooms with double bed and big closet, living room with seating area and double bed for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and modern bathroom with a shower. It is a 2nd floor apartment, which is located in the Karlovy Vary city center at Jaltská 3 Street. Jan Becher Museum, which offers tours of the history and process of the liqueur production ending with Becherovka degustation, is located approximately in a 2-minutes walk from the apartment. It is possible to reach Spa V (or Elizabeth Spa) offering a wide range of treatments and a 25m swimming pool within a 5-minute walk. Guests can relax in Smetana Park located behind the Spa V. In a distance of 300 m there are Albert and Billa supermarkets. In the warm months you can visit the fruit and vegetable market at Warsaw Street, in a 3-minute walking distance from the house. You can enjoy sitting in the nearby restaurants and cafes. The Trznice stop, the main station for Karlovy Vary city transport and the exit stop for long-distance bus connections from Prague, is only a 3-minute walk away. The main train and bus station - is an 5-minute minute walk away.

Karlovy Vary is a spa town situated in the west Czech Republic in a deep valley on the banks of the Teplá River. According to the legend, local thermal springs were accidentally discovered by the royal retinue while hunting deer in the forest. At the place of discovery a town was founded by Emperor Charles IV in the 14th century, where he stayed several times. In the 16th century, the city gained fame as an important balneological locality among the upper class population. In the course of time, several famous personalities stayed here, including Russian tsar Peter the Great, the famous German poem Johann Wolfgang Goethe (who was here thirteen times in total), and Czechoslovak President Tomas Garigue Masaryk (he stayed here eight times in total). In history, the city was almost destroyed by two floods, several fires, and became the victim of Swedish soldiers’ looting. Nevertheless, it has always been restored up to its present form. Colonnade with mineral springs, healing treatments in well-known spa centers, forests ideal for spa walks, Diana lookout tower and Deer Jump with a unique view of the city - all this and much more awaits you in this beautiful spa town.
