The house is fully equipped, you can start enjoying your vacation when you arrive. Ideal for accommodation of 8+1 persons: 1st bedroom: double bed + single bed + extra bed + cot 2nd bedroom: double bed + single bed 3rd bedroom: double bed On the ground floor, there is fully equipped kitchen, and living room with sofa, TV and large table incl. eight chairs. There is also one separate bedroom with a double bed and a small working desk. You can find two bedrooms (one through) upstairs, each with a double bed and a single bed, plus one wooden cot for babies. There is also additional bathroom with toilet, and shower. Heating is local, ensuring all rooms heated even on cold winter days, instantly. Wifi is available for free. Home office equipment (24" display + USB type C docking station + keyboard + mouse) can be prepared on request. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

Hello dear Guests, we would like to introduce you our mountain cottage where we love spending our free time breathing fresh air. The magic of the mountains can be found in any season, in any weather. In spring, the snow melts, first sun is pleasant, you can still go skiing. In the summer, you can go for endless walks and bike rides. Autumn is all about the colorful forest and mushroom picking. In winter there is endless fun in the snow and on the slopes. At home, the whole family is waiting and celebrating the together-time. May you like it as much as we do! We look forward to seeing you. Sunny Cottage is a three-story cottage with a fenced garden and a summer house under the peaks of the Giant Mountains. In winter, you can look forward to the nearby ski areas (Jánské Lázně, Mladé Buky, Čená Hora). It is 5 minutes away by car, it can also be reached by free ski bus directly from Svoboda Bus station. In the summer, there are many hiking trails, you can walk to ancient bear cave nearby, Rychory mountain view, or Sněžka, the highest mountain in Czechia. There is a lot to do for children as well. The educational trail from Svoboda to Janské Lázně, Farmapark Muchomůrka, Krakonošovo Museum, or Mladé Buky resort with Bobsled track. Swimming just around. Adršpach National Park with sand rock formation is just 30 minutes by car.
