3 story villa in a very calm neighbourhood. Completely renovated 3 year ago by the owner. Huge terrace and balcony, very sunny rooms.
A young couple renting the apartment to get a bit of the renovation investment back. Very friendly and helpful.
Very calm neighbourhood, no traffic, no noisy nightlife, great for relax. The tram stop to the center is very close. You can be in the city in 20mins.
