Apartmán se nachází ve třetím patře domu. K dopravě do třetího patra slouží také nově instalovaný výtah. K výtahu a od výtahu vede dvanáct schodů. V apartmánu jsou dvě samostatné velké ložnice, druhou ložnici je možné jednoduše změnit na dětský pokoj. Velký obývací pokoj poskytne pohodlí pro celou rodinu.
Pro hosty apartmánu je celý rok k dispozici parkovací stání pro osobní automobil o velikosti do pěti míst k sezení v podzemních garážích Hotelu Thermal. Hotel je vzdálen od apartmánu cca 200 metrů . Parkování není možné v době konání Filmového festivalu v roce 2023 od 25.června do 9.července.
